Sir;

Permit me sincerely to congratulate you on your safe arrival to the Land of your Nativity, and to join with the Citizens of these States in expressing the Gratitude, which I am sensible they feel, (though with Silence it must be by many of them sustained) for the very eminent Services you have rendered them, and the Interests of Freedom &c.

And also, Sir, as a Testimony of my Esteem, suffer me to beg your Acceptance of two Pamphlets, just published. I am, with great Respect, Sir, Your most obedient and very humble Servant.
