On my return to Town this morning I found my self honoured with your favour of the 15th Inst. enclosing Bill of loading of a small pacquet, per the Brig Bailly & Suffren. It has been sent to the French Consuls, and forwarded to you by him: or I should with pleasure have received, and forwarded it to you.
