The Council on Consideration have thought proper to suspend for the present the execution of those warrants which are in your hands for the apprehending of Jenkins Beach and McKinstrey. You are therefore to retain those Warrants in your hands until you receive further orders from Council. I am Sir Your obedient and very humble Servant
