Pay to Colonel William Henry Lieutenant of the City and Liberties of Philadelphia or order the sum of One hundred and fifty Pounds specie for defraying the Contingent Expences of Exercising the Militia of the City and Liberties aforesaid—to be paid out of the Militia fines.
