By Virtue of the full Powers and Authorities to me given by the United States of America I do hereby acknowlege and declare in the most authentic Manner that there is due on this day by the said United States to his most Christian Majesty the King of France and Navarre in the whole Sum of

Levres which Sum is to be paid at such Periods and with such Interest as the said United States and the most Christian King shall mutually determine
