I have the honor to transmit to your Excellency herewith enclosed two copies of the Continuation of the Journal of Congress from the 29th September to the close of the session. One copy for the legislative and the other for the Executive branch of Government. In conformity to the act of the 17th August, I enclose also a state of the representation in Congress from the beginning of Oct to the first Monday in Novr, and have to request the favour of your Excellency to lay it before your Legislature.
