n.b. The Intrest on all the Certificates, but the 10 of March 78. was not setled in Congress when I left Philadelphia. I had not received any Intrest on any part of the Above Certificates when I left Philadelphia, but gave Orders to Mr. Foster to receive the Intrest and lodge the same in the Loan Office.
