I enclose a Copy of a Memorandum I find among my Papers relative to the Remittances I have made on my Father’s Account beside some others which I know I had of Course an Idea that you were paid and had an Overplus which I desired might be remitted my Father or I should not have rested easy under the Circumstances. Whatever of these you find you have received please to note and if you are not paid the whole of your kind Advance I will with great Thankfulness make up the Deficiency. I perceive I have writ to you several Times but received no Letter from you except one dated 27. Octr. 1779. I am with great Respect and Esteem your obliged humble Servant
