I am very sensible of the Honour done me by the kind Congratulations of the Magistrates of the City and County of Philadelphia on my safe Return to our Country:

To find it in the full Enjoyment of Peace and Liberty, makes me esteem the Day of my Arrival among the happiest of my Life.
