I had not Time by last post to send you all my Bills so I trouble you with another Packet containing 82 Bills amounting to 5006 Dollars which I beg you to return me as soon as possible. As I apprehend I am the first who has sent Bills for acceptance since the arrival of these Vessells I request to be first served.

by these Vessells I have recd a packet of newspapers for the Doctor but as I know it to be only newspapers I keep it for a private hand. I have cut out some news from those I have received and inclose it. I find that Capt. Folger who came from England to passy the other day has lost his Character among all the americans here, and the Capt. of my Vessell from Rhode Island tells me he is so well known in America that were he to return he would be looked on as a Tory in the fullest extent. I mention this because if Folger is injured he ought to justify himself and should know what he hazards by neglecting to do so, should he return.
