Personally appeared before me the Minister Plenipotentiary of the United States of America at the Court of France Mr. Pierre Frederic Van Heynen who solemnly declares on Oath that he Copied the preceding Account Current between Captn. Hill and Owners of the Ship Cicero and Williams Moore & Co. late of L’Orient from the Books of the said Williams Moore & Co. and that the said Account Current is exactly conformable thereto—
