I do hereby certify whom it may concern. that Mr. Jacques Le Ray de Chaumont, junior, hath resided in North America, chiefly in this City for about three Years past, where he hath conducted himself in every respect not only unexceptionably but so commendably as to acquire the Esteem and Friendship of the best Families in the Place and in general of all who have had the Pleasure of knowing him.
