From my not hearing from you since I had the honour of waiting on you at Passy, it will not I’m afraid be convenient that I should have the pleasure of escorting my young Friend to London, for which City I mean to sett out to morrow. I shall take an Oppertunity when I come there of sending you a Memoire about the Ohio Business. I spoke to Mr. Walpole yesterday on this Subject and he is to take an Oppertunity of conversing with you thereon. I must intreat you to give me the Earliest Oppertunity of introducing myself to your Grand Son when he comes to London. I should be very happy to be useful to him there, and in shewing my regard and Attachment to you on that and any other Occasion which may occurr. If you have any Dispatches for London the Bearer my Servant has directions to wait. Beleive me with great Truth, Your obliged and Affectionate Friend
