Having been informd by Some Friends that your Excellency had some times occasion to Draw upon Paris, and having Some remittances to make for a Succession Left to our Care, we take the Liberty to trouble you with these few Lines, to be informd weather it will Suit you, now, to oblige us with Bills to the amount of 3 or 4 Thousand Livres, and upon what terms: Mr. Valliant who had the honor to be recommand’d to your Excellency when he first came in this Country in 1775, has neglect’d to pay you his respects for fear to take away a time which is allways precious to your honor. The Successors of the Deceas’d are in Low Circumstances, We have the Cash in hands, our orders are to remitt in Bills upon paris. We Do not Know where to find any good ones, and the Vessel will Sail next Saturday; if it is or not in your power to oblige us, few Lines will be attend’d to, this evening, by Most Honor’d Sir, Your Excellency’s most humble Servants
