That your Petitioners conceives it highly useful for the Inhabitance of large Cities, as well as Strangers. That, the Streets should be Mark’d, and the Houses Numbered. A regulation never yet attempt, in this Noble City.

Providence has made an Instrument of your Excellency, for the good of Mankind. Assured of that, We Humbly Petition your Excellency will be pleased to approve, and recommend your petitioners to the Executing of that Regulation. Which we Promise to perform with the out most Punctuality, and at a very Reasonable Price. And as in Duty Bound your Petitioners will Pray
