His Exelency your Grandfather was kind enough to suspend my Judgment by a letter he has rote to the King’s attorney in order to give me time to make my defense. As my avocat has informed me, I am now prepared and should be happe to bring my Process to a conclution as soon as posible.

The King’s attorney certainly will not give in his conclution untill he hears from you, therefore I hope you will not leave me in distress, in this moment. If you will be kind enough to ingage your Grandfather to right a line and request him to give in his conclutions as soon as possible, if not I shall be obliged to stay untill the month of January before I will get my liberty.
