In the Services you are pleased so kindly to remember, I had great and able Assistance from others. My principal Merit if I may claim any in public Affairs, is that of having been always ready and willing to receive and follow good Advice.

I think my self happy in returning to live under the free Constitution of this Commonwealth, and hope with you that we and our Posterity may long enjoy it.
