[Vimenil], does himself the honour to present his respectful compliments to Mr. Franklin, and wishes to know, what is to be done with those two letters delivered to Mr. Brentano by Col. Wadsworth. Mr. Brentano returned, the day before yesterday, from Germany he is to go back to the army in Virginia; and to embark at Rockefort.
