My dear Billy,

I send you inclosed 24 Setts of Exchange amount as per annexed list to thirty eight thousand five hundred eighty livres which you will please to have accepted as early as possible and sent back to me immediately.

I beg you will not forget the Copying paper and powder as I have at present the greatest need for it—I am as ever Yours Affectionately
