Inclosed are more Bills amounting per List to 3986 Dollars or 12930 Livres which please to return me duly accepted. I will thank you also if you will let me know what I owe for postage in order to pay it. Pray send on my machine but be sure to have it well cleared at the Custom House else it will be Stopped for as the press is not free in this Country this machine may be prohibited—d’ailleurs vous vous in formerez a ce sujet.—I shall be obliged to you if you will have an eye to my affair about my poor fellow Mark his Case is hard & unjust but our procureur du Roi is a Jean . F.—I have written fully to the Doctor about this Business.—I am ever Yours affecy. Yrs in haste
