I received the Letter you did me the honour of writing to me the 8th of July past. I immediately communicated it to Mr Bache, who undertook to send you the third Bill for the Ballance of your Account as you desire. He will also send you Copies or Extracts of some former Letters on the Subject by which you will perceive that the Acct. and Bill were sent long since, tho’ it seems you did not receive them, and that therefore your former Reflections on the Conduct of Messrs. Bache and Shee were not wellfounded. I have the honour to be, Sir, Your most obedient and most humble Servant
