Sir I adres my Self to you as the Father of this State Sir I am a widow and have four Small Children to Support and not a Soul to give them one piece of bread but by my hand work and at this present i am with out work or mony the Lord only I have to Depend on with out your benovelence May Extend a Small Relefe to my helples family Sir Pardon me i am not a beger but my Nesety obliges me to ask a Small Relefe from you and may the Living god bless you and all your pasteraty that the many rising genaretions from you may be blest for your Sake from your most humble and obegent Sarvant
