Dear Isaac,

Should an opportunity offer of relating the following facts to his Excellency B F—n [hereof?] I imagine should his [manis malinical vocations] admit I would be redressed.

I want from hence to Iceland to remove some [?] left thence formerly to the Conditions on my passage from Dublin in the Best packed was boarded by the Ca. of the Black Prince who said he had an American Commission & calld himself Daralin who treated all the prisoners in a most savage manner. I produced my Orders from the Honr. the Council of Massachusettes thinking theyd protect me from [Infumis or Insull?], but in vain, Daratin robd me of a Gold watch value about sixty four Guinneas whilst his Lieut. rifled my Pockets of about Ten Guineas & some Shillings & [did not?] leave me one farthing. I am yours
