Gentlemen,

Being hitherto deprived of your Excellencies most esteemed Rescription on our Letter of 29 May we are of opinion he has not heach’d your Excellencies for which Reason we take the Liberty to enclose hereby a Copy of it, and as we have not received yet any further Advice of his Excellency Robert Morris Esqr. about the amount of his Drafts upon us we shall be very glad to be favoured as soon as possible with your Excellencies Answer for our Regulation. We remain most Respectfully, Gentlemen, Your Excellencies most Obedient and most humble Servants
