As my father Patrick Farrell had the honour of being employed by your Excellncy formerly I am emboldened to beg your assistance in the urgency I am in at present.

I have an unexpected demand on me for a small sum which if I do not discharge will put me to the greater distress. I herefore take the liberty to request your Excellencys helping me in this disagreable Situation. I have the honour to be with the greatest respect Your Excellencys most obedient humble Servant
