By yesterdays messagerie I sent of the 2 Boxes of seeds under the address of Mr Godard at Versailles with desire to send them to you without going into Paris. I suppose these are the two Boxes for the abbé de Palamont, but I could not distinguish them & Mr Bache mentions another Box of pippin Grafts which I don’t find these two Boxes being all delivered. I prefered sending them to you because Mr Barbancon desired them to be plombed to avoid Impution which is not done here & the Doctor’s address is generaly as much respected as the Plombs are.
