Gentlemen,

In pursuance of the Resolve of Congress (hereunto annexed) I have signed Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Setts of Loan Office Bills of Exchange, of the numbers and denominations following, viz.

1 Sett No.1721 for30 Dollars.
1 Ditto1722 –30.
1 Do.1723 –30.
1 Do.1724 –30.
1 Do.1725 ...30.
1 Do.1726 –30.
1 Do.1727 –30
1 Do.1728 –30
240 Dollars

Amounting to two hundred and forty Dollars; The original Drafts having been lost, as set forth in the said Resolve of Congress.
