Dear Sire

I thank you for your Attention to my last concerning a famous Note for the peruseal of your—

The Inclosed haveing Just now come to my hand from Madrid, covering a Small bill of £60 Tourns: be pleased to present it for Acceptance.

Mr. Hopkinson writes of the Note & owner of this Small bill is well known to your grandfather, I must therefore take the liberty to commit the execution of his order to you, requesting Mr: Franklin May be consulted, & the purchases made agreeable to the direction he gives, who knows the genious of this Rattle-trap, whim friend of our’s.

Mr: Carmichael who commits the inclosed to me, recommends the execution of the order, Adding if necessary, even a Lewis dore to the Sume on his account, therefore, shoud the purchases exceed the contents of the bill, I shall order your reimbursement conformable to the instructions of Mr. Carmichael. And I expect youl get it conveyed by the first Stage to L Orient derected to me, care of Mr Jonathan Nesbitt—Excuse this trouble & believe most Sincerely Dear Sir Your friend
