Sir,

I have now under examination the Accounts of the Commissioners for sale of the Barracks in the Northern Liberties The Act of April 1784. directs that they shall be intitled to such Compensation for their services as the Supreme Executive Council may think proper, I therefore pray to be instructed by the Honble Board what Compensation or Commission shall be allowed to the Commissioners Aforesaid. I have the honor to be with the greatest Respect Sir your most Obedient servant
