John Churchmans best respects are to the President, he hopes that if the Astronomer Royal at Greenwich, should happen to write any thing respecting the affair enclosed to him, about three Months ago; that his Brother Mordecai Churchman who now keeps a School in Philadelphia may be acquainted with it, for which he the subscriber will ever hold himself under many obligations
