P. B. Graff to William Temple Franklin (unpublished)

Mr Graff presents his best Respects to Mr. Wm. Franklin Junr. and begs Leave to Comunicate the following Extract of a Letter Received a few days ago from Mr. Thoms. Collins in Dublin—

“I beg also to take the trouble of asking Mr: W. F—n, if he has had any Letters since May last from James Collins, who has been for some time past at Philadelphia, but to my great surprize, I have not had any Letters from him since March last, therefore cannot account for my not hearing from him, Except the Letters have been stopp’d thro’ some Mistake—I beg you may make my best Respects to that Gentleman and assure him, that there is not any thing I long so much for, as the happyness of waiting on Him &ca—&ca— If Mr. Franklin will please to make some Reply to the foregoing, M Graff shall be very hapy to Convey the same to his friend by the following Post—./.
