The foregoing is a Copy of a Letter, which I had the Honor of transmitting to you from hence by the Post, the day of its date, to which I have not receiv’d any reply; therefore to avoid accidents this will be deliver’d to you by Mr. Grand, who will take the trouble of conveying your answer safely to me and I must again request to know whether you have receiv’d from Mr. Morris such instructions as are above mention’d. With due Respect I have the Honor to be Your Excellencies Most Obedient and most Humble Servant
