As the News of your safe Arrival gave me infinite Pleasure, I feel myself impell’d to congratulate you on so agreeable an Occasion, with that Truth and Sincerity which a long Acquaintance with and Veneration for your eminent Character and Usefulness in and Publick and private Life hath inspired.
