I am Sorry to understand any Constable under My Direction Shold behave Indecently to a Gentleman of your Known Crector or did I know the circumstances of the Case at the Time otherwis should not have Prosseed against your     Servant but Sir the Books for Recoverey being placet in my hands I though my selfe Justifyable in the Proseeding. Any thing through error you will Please Pass over and believe Me, Honourd sir your Most obedient Humble Servant
