I am very uneasy at not having yet receiv’d any Intelligence of my Baggage &c. which was to have been shipt from Havre, nor a Line from you since I left France. Dr. Bancroft inform’d Messrs. Ross and Vaughan that you would send it in a Spanish Vessel, which was to sail the Middle of October, but no such Ship is arriv’d here or been heard of. I beg you would be so good as to write me on the Subject by the first Packet.
