On a Report from the Superintendant of Finance to whom was referred a Letter of the 12th April 1781. from Willm. Lee Esqr.

Ordered that the Secretary for foreign Affairs inform Mr. Willm. Lee that he apply for payment of the Monies due to him, to Mr. Benjamin Franklin. Extract from the Minutes
