Sir

Knowing the Interest you take in all that tends to promote human felicity engages my sending you the inclosed Supplement by which you will see the Vigorous efforts of your much Respected friend Monsr. Bailly late presedent of the Assemble National. Their firm perseverance has accomplishd the desired End the two first Orders have been forced to Unite to the Assembly of the Tiers, at present appearances promises a good End. The West Indies are admitted as part of the State, and their Representatives are Seated in the National Assembly, a prelude that other European States holding Colonies must addopt.
