Being one of the Persons that deputed Henry Wild of Manchester Cotton Manufacturer, to apply to your Excellency for possports into America in the year 1780. I have made bold to call on you, that your Excellency may know what progress has been made in the Callico printing and the State of a Manufactory erected at Carby near the City of Philadelphia.
