Sir

I have the honor to inform your Excellency that as the season for resuming the business of the partition Line between this State and that of New York is now fast approaching the Commissioners of this State have it in instruction to communicate with the Commissioners of yours upon the measure which must necessarily be concerted previously to their setting off, and for this purpose will attend at New York on the twenty fifth day of this Month. I am Sir with much respect Your Excellency’s Most obedient Servant
