I have the Honor of forwarding you the enclos’d Letter sent me from England, which, I hope will arrive safe in your hands, and at same time Apologize to you, for the liberty I now take, of Requesting the Honor of your Friendship, through the Recommendation of my Worthy Friend, Vicar General Christian.

I am sorry I coudn’t do myself the Honor, of waiting on you Personally, to deliver the enclos’d, but make no doubt of it’s arriving safe in your Hands. I have the Honor, to Subscribe myself. Your Honors most Obedient and most Humble Servant.
