He bears a very good moral Character here, and I believe you will find him ingenious. I know you have a Pleasure in encouraging young Beginners, and therefore I make no Apology for recommending him to your Countenance and Protection. My Love to Mrs. West, and your Children of whom I always hear good Accounts. My Grandson joins in best Wishes for your continu’d Prosperity, Health, and Happiness, with Your affectionate Friend
