Dear Sir.—

I this day receiv’d the honor of your Letter of the 14th. Inst:—Of the three Vessells you mention, the St. Helena only arriv’d there. I shall without delay enquire of Mr. Berard, to whom she was adress’d, about the Seeds you mention;—& if here, you may be assured they shall be forwarded without delay—

Three Vessells arriv’d yesterday from Philada.—The Packets for his Excellency we gave to Mr. Thevenard, who sent off an Express.—they took three Prizes, and about 90 Prisoners, & with much for instructions with regard to them.—Next Post I shall have the honor to Transmit a Letter from the American Captain to your father— I remain with respect & Esteem Dear Sir Your most hble Servt
