Sheweth that your petitioner agreead with Captain Allen to Send two Rancomrs to america by that Grement give me the thomas and apasport to Carrey me to England the 16 of the Same was Taken by the Sarvlent a french frigate and Landed at brist the first of august 1778 as I am a father and a husband there for humble. Hope your Exellency will on account there of grant Me my Leberty as to your Exellency wisdam Shall Think most Proper which favour will be Gratefuly acknowledged and your petitioner in Duty Bound will Ever pray
