Dear Sir

I enclose two packets to be Sent to America by Different Conveyances the one being a duplicate of the other I beg your favour to forward them And that you will be pleased by each conveyance to to recommend my Case favourably to the Congress or to the attention of some of your friends. Pray excuse this request which I should not have taken the Liberty of making But that I am certain if you Knew the inmost recesses of my Soul it would give you pleasure to Comply with it I ever am with great Zeal and Sincerity Dear Sir Your most faithfull and most Obedient And Obliged humble Servant
