You desired me to acquaint you with my Arrival here & You may see by the date where I am. Our Passage was bad enough, it lasted 24 hours, which appeared to me much longer as I was sick during the best part of them. I dont believe your letter for Mr. Vaughan is very much hurried so that I shall deliver it myself either this Evening or tomorrow. Your Letters & those of Mrs. Hewson I have put into the post office & The one she gave me for Rochester I sent the waiter with. I shall execute with pleasure any Commissions you may have for me but if they require much time I am afraid they will suffer a little as I am too much occupied here to have a great deal to Share. I beg my best respects to your Grandfather & remembrance to Ben & M de la Motte. I am Dear Sir, Yours sincerely
