Dear Sir

The inclosd I received at Nantes which I intended to have handed my Self but forgot it Yesterday—be pleased to hand it, that Doctor Franklin may consider how far he may see it proper to induldge the Gentlemen in Ireland on their requisition—They have had their all engaged since the Commencement of the War, & Resigned it to America already.
