Surveyed on the 9. June 1785 the above described Lot of Ground Situat[ed] on the West Side the Allegany river, Containing 209 As. and Allowance of six per cent for roads &c. By Virtue of a Law passd the 12. March 1783 entitled and Act for the Sale of certain of certain Lands for the purpose of redeeming and paying off the Certificates of depreciation given to the Officers and Soldiers of the pennsylva.
