To permit me to Inform—that I have been—Honoured by my fellow Citizens of the County of York by being Chozen one of their Representatives in the General Assembly—therefore it becometh me to Qualify myself to serve them in that Capacity which I beg leave to do in this formal Manor. I am Sir with all due Respect Your Excelencys Most Obedient and Very Humble Servant
