My Lord,

Your Excellency was so Kind to promise any Letters for Philadelphia and Boston in America to Westerwick from Lübeck, and Friedrich Steyn from Berlin; who are intended to go to the say’d Country for to examine what Business are best to do there. They most humbly beg with this, that it may please to your Excellency to send by Bearer of this those Letters or to order what a day he must come for them. As we do not travel together nor in the same Business, we most humbly desire that your Exellency wou’d please to send for each one of us any Letters besides.

We shall acknowledge this Favour with the greatest obligation, and have the honour to remain with the most profound Respect Your Exellency most obedient Humble Servants
