3000 dollars No. 77 The united states of America acknowledge the reciept of three thousand dollars from john ingen Housz which they promist to pay to the said john ingen Housz or bearer, on the seventeenth day of march one thousand seven hundred and eighty two, with intrest annually at the rate of six per cent per annum agreable to a resolution of the united states, passed the third day of february 1779, witness my hand this fifteenth day of march anno domini 1779
